Here are my fave holiday shoots of 2011…

The last time I traveled to Vermont during the summer I was 7 months pregnant…Vermont in the summer is beautiful!  We were so glad to be home, though the trip started out wild due to  Hurricane Irene.  So much rainfall poured over Vermont causing record flooding of the rivers throughout the entire state leading to massive destruction of homes and businesses…one town in particular hit home for us as it is my husband’s hometown.  The damages are heartbreaking; but, one thing I found truly inspiring was seeing the communities come together and their spirit of caring.  We LOVE Vermont and hope she rebuilds quickly.

Its been quite a challenge finding the time to update my blog lately…life has this tendency of getting in the way but I am still here.  I have a ton of summer photos that I need to go through…perhaps I’ll post a few of my faves in the upcoming weeks ;  )
